San Diego off-road riding/tours?

I'm heading to San Diego on Saturday for a business trip and was wondering if anyone knew of any good dirt bike/ATV off-road rental places/tours that are kind of close to the area. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Any recommendations for must see places? Is Tijuana any good?
