when you seat bounce are you suppose to stand up at the top of the jump i was just wondering because i dont and when i seat bounce i jump as high and far as i would in a gear higher

For me, the natural result of sitting during takeoff is to get thrown up and somewhat forward..so yes, I stand up in the air.

i only sit when i want to seat bounce but my qeustion is are you supose to stand right before you leave the jump or stay seated

You stay seated. If you are standing, even slightly, with your butt off the seat, your legs will act as shock absorbers and absorb some of the rebound effect of your suspension...giving you a lower trajectory, which is contrary to the whole point of doing the seat-jump.

I stay seated until the bike has basically thrown me off the seat.
