shock and fork springs

I weigh about 210 and my kx250 has the stock fork and shock springs. I mostly ride trails with my friends but on occation go to mx tracks here and there for fun. I tend to bottom out the bike on some jumps and are considering purchasing heavier springs. My question is: where can I buy them other than the dealer? I tried Dennis Kirk and Chaparral and did not see any, I am looking to purchase online and have them shipped. Also, what rate springs would you recomend for my weight and riding style. Mostly trails but I like to jump too, thanks.

Checkout MX-Tech. They have a "spring generator" that should help with sizing your springs.. Plus they have a butt load of other useful suspension info.
