Shock Oil Dripping

Hey,
I just bought a KDX200 1992. The front forks seem to drip red oil from them. Is this from old seals or to much oil?

After this weekends ride, I noticed the same thing coming from my rear shock.....damn. Same thing? Seal that has become "busticated"????
