Showa double chamber fork service

Hi. I need some help with my fork. I need to change oil and also sealing rings. I got the stuff, and just learned to chane oil on my WP usd-fork (also have a KTM 625 -02), but it doesn't look the same at all. Aparently the showa has two chambers. -So, now I need a guide to carry on my service. Anyone seen one? The bike I'm talking about is a Honda CR250 1998, with Showa 47mm fork.

I also need to know how much oil to put in and where.
