I'm only 20 miles nw of you Fred, but the more inland, the more snow. Just rode the sled to my folk's place (2 miles from the bay) and they have half the snow I do. It's all fluff though. At work in Midland it was much wetter, heavier, but here near the Gladwin loop it's a good foot of fluff. Anywhere I had to break trail with the sled, it would push the snow right out and hit the ground. Should be excellent riding with a studded bike and supposed to get warmer this weekend.
My in laws live about 15 or 20 miles north of the West Higgins loop. They got about 10". Here in Atlanta, I would say we got 6 to 8". Nice light fluffy stuff - should be great for riding unless it warms way up tomorrow.
My top end parts didnt arrive today. If they dont come early enough tomorrow, I will just plan on one more ride before I do the top end...if they do arrive - Eugene will be doin his break in ride Saturday!
