Strange Pain in my arm?

hey i have this crazy sore pain in my arm it starts at my elbow and shoots up my arm and my bicep into my arm pit and down into my ribs. It hurts so bad when i put my arm over my head and stretch it out. do you guys think its a pinched nerve? also it hurts in that area when i push on my arm. I can hardly take my shirt off right now. any help would be great.

I'm going through PT for 2 torn rotator cuff tendons. You have 4 total, including a tendon coming from the bicep which is attached up in the shoulder area. You may have torn that one. My arm hurt like hell and I could not lift it above my shoulder and take my shirt on and off either.

Go see an ortho/sports doctor and get an MRI. Don't wait around, my shoulder got really weak..It is just now coming back after a month of PT and I still may need surgery.
