Swingarm Pivot stuck????Wont come out???

The swingarm pivot bolt wont come out of my 96 RM 250?
Ive been slamming it with a hammer and huge brass punch all evening and its not even beginning to move??Got any idea's on how to get it out?

Due to a lack of grease and the presence of water, your swingarm bolt is mechanically frozen to the bushing. Try to get some penetrating oil in there. You might find it helpful to lay the bike on its side, allowing gravity to move the oil. Don't bother with the brass drift pin...your bearings are shot as well.

Let the oil soak for many hours...and then hit it with a sledge hammer

Mine was the same since my bike was purchased used I sort of expected it. I tried the hammer and brass drift but didn't get too far until I hooked up my air impact driver and just spun the stupid thing for a bit while soaking it with WD40. After about 15 minutes of back and forth spinning and about 1/4 can of WD40 it submitted to my hammer and drift.
