Okay I've already searched and read all of the other threads about this but I still need a different answer.

I'm rebuilding a trashed 2000 YZ125 for money, I have to replace the crank so of course the motor must come out. Problem is the swingarm pivot bolt is seized up. I have tried a sledge hammer, and am letting it soak in PB blaster. I also tried cutting it with a hacksaw but the problem is I can't get to the bolt. The swingarm collars are in the way and my hacksaw or sawzall will not even scratch them. How can I cut the pivot bolt if the swingarm collars are in the way?

Someone please help, I've been at it alllllllll day.

oh ya the impact wrench, i once had a bolt giving me the same scenario as you're in now............get some helper and one of you spin it with the impact while the other taps it out

HEAT, heat the surrounding metal, and spray with penitrating lube after, the heat will suck the lube right in, then go with the impact or hammer.........good luck
