Hey everyone, not the most mechanically inclined person but ill do my best to explain my problem, I've had my new to me crf450r 2006 for about 2 months now, its been working great, not riding it hard, using it primarily in fields and trails at a buddy of mine's farm. But out of nowhere I've started having a very hard time on take off... i can not slowly release the clutch and give some gas, i basically have to rev it up abit and do a small launch every single time i reach a standstill, once i have started moving everything feels fie, no issues shifting, anybody have an idea of what can be wrong?.... TIA

Start with the simple things like adjusting the clutch free play at the clutch lever. Make sure there is about 1/8" (about the thickness of a nickel) free play at the lever before it starts actually putting tension on the clutch cable.
