I gotta give a big Thank You to Biglou.  This isn't the first time he's lent a helping hand to me.  The weekend before last we had a big DRN ride at my local riding area.  Lou came out and participated. :thumb:   Sat. night before everyone was fixing to depart, I asked Lou if he could do a clutch lever modification(requires machining) for my 426.  He said sure, so I gave him a new clutch lever that I had.  This was Sat. night at about 9:00 pm.  I emailed Lou Monday, just after lunch to let him know that I wasn't in a hurry for the lever, and to get to it whenever he could, AND that I forgot to give him some $$ for shipping it back to me.  He replies with, "HA, it's already in the mail"  What a Guy!!  By Thursday, I had the modified clutch lever in my hand.  So Lou...Thank YOU!  You're an alright guy, no matter what Sarge says! ;)

No problemo, mi amigos!  You gotta understand, as long as I am wrenching, riding or talking about bikes, I am happy! :)  I've gotten my share of hookups when I needed them as well.  I remember a certail someone giving me a helmet... ;)

Well, Big Lou's generousity knows no boundries. Especially when it comes to fixing a bike...or a rider. :) Sure, he may be a little scary at first and sure he is a clean freak. Hell, one time my bike broke down in the woods and he went to the truck and brought back like 40 blankets to cover the dirt with. Then he stripped the bark from the trees and pounded it into a pulp, using the extract to make an organic grease engine and bike cleaner. He then punched a deer that was passing by and fashioned it's rack into a metric wrench set. As if this were not amazing enough, he then skinned the deer because he notices a small hole in my seat cover. So now I have a sweet deer skin seat cover!

Who da man? Lou da man!
