Okay, we all have one, that one song that you don't want anyone else to know that you really really like. You wouldn't be caught dead listening to it, but when you're alone and it comes on the radio, you just groove on it!

For me, there's a couple. Robert Plant's In the Mood (for a Melody) is one, but it's not that bad. My real guilty pleasure is from those bad boys from Down Under (no, not AC/DC!)--the Bee Gees!

This topic could get WAY out of hand! IMO, the mods should shut it down before Ivan & Gomer start fighting over who like's ABBA's 'Dancing Queen' the most. :D

LOL mx547!!

I used to love this song called "Millenium". It was on the radio all the time a while back but I didn't know who sang it. When I later found out it was a little diddy by the Back Street Boys I was mortified!

XRP,
Robert Plants In the Mood is a great song. Crank that sucker up with pride!

Since it's confession time. Girls Just Want To Have Fun by Cindi Loper(sp?). I hated this son in the 80's. Please don't make to much fun at this one! Yeah right!

i remember one time she played in tulsa. they interviewed her on the news and she said that she was surprised to see a city with tall buildings here. she thought that she was going out west...she was completely serious.

This is really hard for me to admit....at 48 years old, it's REALLY hard to admit! The first few times I heard it on the radio, I changed stations. But every time, I listened a little more. It's by Lincoln Park, and the song is called "In the end" It's....well....it's.....okay, I'm gonna say it. It's.....RAP!! I like it so much, I burned it!! :silly: What's happening to me!!! :scream:

Rock Lobster?

JP-That is a GREAT album! How 'bout "Dance This Mess Around"?

What about "Planet Clare"?
'She came from planet Clare.
I know she came from there.
She drove a Plymouth Satellite.
Faster than the speed of light.'

How about DEVO? "Girl U Want" and "Uncontrolable Urge".

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, ye-ye-ye-ye-ye-ye-YEAH!"

But the morphine eased the pain,
and the grass grow round his brain,
gave him all the confidence he lacked.
With a purple heart and a monkey on his back.

Ah, another Prine fan.

You bet...fit the '70 better than it does now though.

I'know, but it's darn close for someone my age!!:silly:
