The "True" Dark Side is Calling Me!

Forget about the 2-stroke vs. 4-strokes, I am being seduced by the TRUE dark side--QUADS!!!

I wen't riding Saturday with Predator2 (he has an '85 YFM80, I have a Magnum 500) to scout out the hunting area. We had a great time, father and son out galavanting around on old logging roads. We only rode about 20 miles, but that's a long ways for a 6-year old on a 16-year old machine with no suspension!

Sunday I busted out the XR400 and blasted around my woods loop for a while, then headed off to see how much more of Moscow Mountain was "Closed to Off-Road Vehicle Traffic." It was a fun day as well, but I don't get near as much "lookin' around" done on two wheels as I do on four :D .

So, the Dark Side has beckoned. I don't know if I can resist the temptation! Help me Okie-wan, your my only hope!;)

Quads...... Yuck! That means you'll have to tear up peoples lawns, ride in the street at all hours of the night, AND do it all with no helmet on! :scream:

I had a 88 4-trax 250r. Had it not been necessary to sell I would probably still be riding it.

But won't that take me closer to the Dark Side? Won't I be tempted to put a large cooler on my quad full of beer and ice? Won't that make me want to ride around shirtless through the neighborhood, terrorizing small children and pets?:eek:

Don't worry there is a shure cure to your problem. Ride really fast fall off and then let that big, ugly, slow thing chase you down and roll over the top of you. I don't know why but every time you get off one of those things it follows you and then runs you over. I've had two friends quit riding them for that reason. ;) :p
