Did anyone else catch this last night. I've always enjoyed the show, and last night they did a little tribute to the FDNY and NYPD. The producers sat down and talked to the guys and gals that survived, and the widows of some that didn't. Some very moving stories.
Also, I didn't realize that one of the actresses on the show is actually married to a firefighter. She told her story, and how her husband made it home. It blew my mind how a lot of those guys were out there for 24-72 hours straight, then went home to let their families know they were all right, then just headed right back out into the fray!
