One tip they gave on "Top Dead Center" was to take a photo of the rim so you can see the spoke lacing before you tear it apart.

the first thing is did you get over sized spokes that you need to drill the hub out. And what spokes did you get? If you got the excell kit make sure you put some anti corrosion liquid on the spoke and nibble because the spoke stainless and nipple aluminum and they will fuse with mudd and water. You will no if you lacing it wrong if the hub starts to move off center so watch it. once you get it started and start to true up the wheel. put it on the bike and take a long bolt like 3 inches and thread a nut on it. clamp the nut thats threaded thru the bolt to the swing arm positioned in line with the rim when bolted to the bike. so when you start to turn the bolt it moves closser to the rim spin the rim and watch the spacing, it will wobble and the tighten and loosen the spoke properley to true it. I asume you know how to tighten the spokes. this method will get as close as you need without pay someone to true your wheel and you get check your spokes frequently.

good luck
