Top End Boost for '01 RM250?

The previous owner of my '01 RM250 had a low-mid port job done by Forward Motion. The '01's are short on top end and I'd like to give it a boost. Are there any pipes or reeds (carbon fiber perhaps?) available in the USA that would be helpful in that respect? I understand that your Mo-Better porting helps all the way around. Could the same head be ported again to those specs or would I need a new head? Thanks
