So just an update.
I got my trailer back together finally!!!
Heating the bearings did not work. What worked was a pipe and a hammer to pound the bearing on. I'm not sure why they made this such a pain in the butt. If this set of bearings ever fails I will probably just buy a new trailer.
Getting the race in the hub was a fairly easy task.
