I have a V nose Haulmark trailer that I am planning on building a bench etc. in the front. I would appreciate any photo's of trailer layouts so I can steal some of your ideas! Has anyone tried that new roof mount bike tie down system?
Thanks!

Mitch... what size are you working with? We have a 24x8.5 footer and I just drew this picture up to give you an idea of how we laid it out.

The wall divides the trailer into two 12 foot sections with a wide sliding door (wide enough to fit a bike through).

The front is living quarters. Our bed is about 4 feet off the ground - so there is lots of storage underneath. Bunk beds are another good trailer idea.

The shop has 2 good-sized work benches (hold a large tool box, an air compressor, room for generator underneath, etc..) We have 4 homemade bike shoes that hold 4 big bikes in place (at an angle) without tie downs. When we need to carry more bikes - we put them in the living quarters nosed against the bed (there is tie down hooks up there). We also have a lot of little "space savers", baskets, hooks, etc. in the shop to hold all the lubricants, chemicals, gear, goggles, filters, etc... Hope this helps give you some ideas. If you have any questions - just ask.

Nikki,
That would be my dream trailer. I should have been a little more specific. My trailer is a 6x15 V nose Haulmark. The main area is 6x12 w/3' V in the front.
