For some reason the Moderators feel the TTR125 belongs in this Mini Forum so I will post here to see what response I get.....

Recently upgraded my one Son's TTR125L.....Pro Circuit Pipe, BBR Air Filter kit, BBR re-jetting and BBR chain guide and WOW what a difference.

I think it is time to upgrade the tires to a more agressive style as my Son is pretty good on it. Bike would be used mostly in wood trails and an occasional MX track.

Can you guys recommend a more agressive tire for the TTR.

I put Dunlop 752's on mine and it made a big difference over the stock IRC's. I couldn't believe how cheap the tires were. Not to mention easy to mount. Almost like changing a bicycle tire!

(Just noticed the avatar...pretty nice, Thump!)

Dunlop D756's front and back on the big wheel are very good for M/X and a bit of trail riding. (Bike has suspension, pipe, carb, cam etc etc in Junior M/X). IMO better than the 752 in tight corners. We dont seem to get 752's any more in 16" / 19" combo in Australia.
