Turn Signals for KDX or KLX

I am looking at buying either a Used KDX or KLX that I would like to use for trail riding and also be able to ride it on the street and have turn signals. I was also thinking of adding a speedometer as well. Can someone tell me what needs to be done so that turn signals and a speedometer would work? I was thinking of getting a rear fender with the brake/tail light and turn signals built in, and a front number plate with light and turn signals built in as well. Will a KDX or KLX put out enough wattage to power turn signals? If so how are they wired up, and is it very hard? If someone can provide me with the info on how to do this and also where to get all these parts I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for the help.

I use a Trail Tech computer which has a speedometer and a lot of other stuff. Check out their web-site. It mounts right beside the stock odometer and it stays out of the way.
