Sorry to hear you haven't had any luck recovering them.
I'd buy the bikes again too, myself.

Once you wind up getting them, let me know if you want to hook up sometime in the Tampa area (my son is 10).

Haji, my son is 11... Where do you ride in Tampa? Croom is really the only place I know about. Definately get together when I get the new bikes.

My son actually turns 11 in a month.
We ride at Bartow MX a ton and have been to dade city MX once. We've only been "trail" riding one time, but we've been meaning to get out to Croom. Also heard the Ocala National Forrest is cool too?

We've been at the Friday night riding class at Bartow for the last couple of months (it happens to be cancelled this week do to the instructors racing at the Winter Olympics). But for $25 you can't beat it. 3 hours of on the track instruction by two professionals and they split you up based on bike size and/or experience.

Do you ride too?

Yes I ride, the KX100 was my bike that they took also. I used to ride dirt while growing up and just recently decided to get off of street riding and get my son into bikes.

cool, for some reason I had misread that you had 2 sons that were riding.
Well FYI, there is a KDX125 for sale at xTreme for either 1500 or 1900 (used but don't know what year)? Also, I'm selling my CR125 if that interests you at all...

Let me know your email address and I'll get in touch with you about going to Bartow or Croom sometime though.

The full coverage insurance on my 05' KX250 is $140 per year. Pretty cheap peace of mind. When you get the new bikes it wouldn't hurt to check into it. Good Luck and its good to hear you are getting new bikes.

Are you going back to the same dealer?

TIP: When you use your email address on a forum spell it out so that "Spiders" won't recognize it and start spamming you. i.e., crewcab at tampabay dot rr dot com
