What if we just had a post advising of a vote and how long the vote thread would be posted. Each chapter member could post and cast thier vote hardcopy, no polling involved. I would think it the job of the secretary to tally and post the result at the end of the thread. The post could be copied and kept in the club archive.
I agree with all members being present. I think it would be kind of hard to have a virtual meeting without everyone being there. I guess if someone was not there , then we could have a proxy system of some sort?
