well yesterday i bought a 04 CRF250 for 3100. its got black excel rims, new back tire, an extra front tire, the stock rims, new black plastics with amsoil graphics, the stock plastics and a new stand.... do yall think its a goot deal??? and its kinda hard to start and my friend tried to teach me the when to kick thing but do u kick after compression or on compression

Sounds like a pretty good deal assuming the bike is in good shape. If you are having trouble starting it and it is not the result of operator error, but rather the bike is simply hard to start, then you should probably have the valves checked. Did the previous owner tell you if he had ever had them checked and if so when? Better safe than sorry with respect to this.
