hey guys, new member here.
It just rained really hard here and the track is flooded. I am really itchin to practice for the upcoming MX season. I need some practice tips. I have an open field right by my yard, somewhat hilly (barely) any tips for my practice routine would be appreciated, remeber, there are no jumps. Thanks in advance

I’d practice turns. That’s where races are won and lost. Set up some cones or bales of hay or anything to layout a course with various types of turns: off cambers, sweepers, tight switchbacks, etc. Make sure you have as many right handers as left handers.

Then go out and ride. Ride the whole course a few times and then concentrate on the turns that you feel the most UNcomfortable on. Those are the ones you need to practice on until you feel comfortable on them.

Have fun.
