what 2stroke to get?

what 2 stroke jap bike would be the best for me to get with a price range of about $500 to $1000 and i want it to be around 80cc?

For anything halfway decent, stick with the $1000 mark. I'd look for Kawasaki's or Suzuki's (KX or RM.)

Do you have gear...like a helmet and boots? If not, you will need those items at a minimum. Dont spend less than a grand on a bike..and be prepared to work on it. You need to know exactly what to look for when buying an older bike, dont buy a piece of crap...that is the key. There are alot of pieces of crap for sale out there for under a grand.
