DRN is amazing to me. I have lived in five different towns in the last 2 years, due to chasing around trying to find the right job. DRN is a group of friends I can reach anywhere, even if I am new in town and don't know anybody. It certainly made me feel less lonely.

I have also learned SO MUCH about riding, bikes, racing, friendship, maturity, when to ignore someone who pisses you off, when to chime in even if you're not sure what to say. I traveled to Reno to meet a bunch of members and had one of the best weekends of my life. I am about to travel to Oklahoma to have an even better time even though my friends all think I'm crazy to head halfway across the country for an "internet geek festival."

So the lifetime membership is on my list too (as soon as I get certain speeding tickets paid for). Thank you, Okie, moderators, and every member here.

I always feel kind of strange telling people about DRN and how great the people are and how helpful the information is because I never recommend meeting and hooking up with people over the internet. My friend met his wife that way!

DRN folks are a great group of people. I really appreciate Okie and all the people who keep this site going. I don't post very much, but I enjoy reading the posts and it's great to go to Dirt Week and meet all these people I've read about thru the year. I am looking forward to attending my 3rd Dirt Week next week, so that should tell you something right there.
