What Year???

I'm having real troubles determining the year of my RM125. It was sold to me as an '02 but i think its an '01, and with absolutely no Suzuki dealers near me im outta ideas, but i do have all the numbers:

Engine no. F134-104326
Frame no. JS1RF16A000501480

Your Help would be greatly appreciated.

elk posted a chart that told the model year by frame number. yours doesn't fit the chart. check the frame number again and post it.

The 10th didgit in the V.I.N.(on the frame) denotes the year. Do a search for "vin chart". Elk454's chart is there. Good luck, YZ165

I double checked the VIN and thats what it is, mabe because it was bought in Australia, i dunno. Probably an '01 (it has '01 graphics)

Maybe it was bought in '02 but was really an '01. Are you sure that everything in the bike is original?

yeah, that explains why the chart doesn't work. it's for u.s. models. i didn't notice your flag when i replied.

yea, anyways I think ill stick to saying its an '01, i mean if it isnt, who would by replica OEM graphics for a different model anyways. Thanks for your help.
