Where was Ferry?

Maybe I just missed something or have been hiding in a cave, but where was Tim Ferry? I didn't see his name on any of the qualifing or main sheets. Is he hurt? I tthought after his last two or three races last year and his performance in Vegas that he would be a real threat.

Ferry had a little knee surgery this week. He wasn't hurt too badly, cuz he's supposed to return by the third or fourth race.
