Where's the best place to have wheels made?

Does anyone have experience with getting custom wheels made with Excel rims, Talon hubs and Buchanan spokes? I've seen some websites that carry the White Brother's wheels but they seem to only be with gold hubs and rims - so it looks like I need to find a wheel builder.

I'm looking for someone with plenty of experience.
