I picked up a 2002 RM 250 for Hare Scrambles. In a back issue of Dirt Bike they recommended getting a V-Force to "smooth out the power and increase low to mid-range snort." I began researching and discovered that there are several options, "rad valve" and a host of specialty reeds by Boyesen, Carbon Tech and FMF. If I am looking to smooth the power delivery and ensure that I have ample power at all RPM levels, which reeds set-up should I go with?
I am also installing a Twin Air filter, Pro Circuit Works Pipe, FMF Turbine Core II Silencer and 11oz. flywheel weight.
