For all you who ride in Wisconsin on public land...How do you get public land trail passes/stickers for dirtbikes in Wisconsin?
From what I've read, many of the public riding areas require a State Trail Pass, or similar. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any information about how to get such a pass for a dirtbike...only ATV's. The DNR site lists public trails, but doesn't give any info on how to get passes.
I guess I'll do some calling, but in case I get jerked around by the responsible government, agencies I'd like some input from those of you who have experience. Specifically, I'm looking for info relating to the areas around Douglas, Bayfield, and Ashland counties, but info from anywhere in the state is appreciated.
