My routine is 3 times on the TOTAL GYM a week doing an upper
body workout. I use the ab-doer machine 4 times a week,
20 minutes a day and do the 8-minute ab workout everyday.
I also walk (fast - 4 miles an hour) 20 miles a week and bike
20 miles a week. I also do an aerobics video 45 minutes
3 times a week, etc. No wonder I am so tired!

100 stomach curl's then ride bike for awhile 3-5 mile's but I do alot of street/ trick riding so I am constantly throwing the bike around. I do some rep's of 35-55 lb's for my arm's then I sit down and eat some junk food!

Me I do abs twice a day every day.Like to keep them looking good;).I try to lift weights atleast 3 times a week sometimes every other day.It is more upperbody, but with some lower body thrown in.On endurance I don't do nothing:confused: .This coming monday I will be lifting one hour mon. through thurs. and doing endurance one hour mon. through thurs.This is every week for five weeks:scream:.At some athletic camp.
