XR200R - timing chain tension

Hi Guys, can anybody help me with the procedure to set the timing chain tension on an '85 model with the RFVC motor?

i had a 1993 XR200 not sure if its the same but here's what i did, with bike idling, loosen jam nut turn bolt in until rattle goes away, then back it out 1/4 turn, tighten jam nut. good luck
