I have a 1991 Honda XR250R and it is hard for me to get the front end up high enough to ride a wheelie, I can blip the throttle in second gear and the front will come up maybe 3 or 4 inches, If I go up a slight incline it will come up a little higher. How do you guys with XR250R's do wheelies? How do you get the front up? I also tug on the bars and get back on the seat when I try also, I really want to do wheelies, I can get on my bicycle and go down the road 25 to 30 MPH with the front pointing almost straight up but can't seem to do it with the XR, Any TIPS are GREATLY APPRECIATED, Thanks Matt.

It sounds like your not getting your front wheel up high enough to reach the balance point.. You will need to learn to rev the engine and release the cluch quickly so you can pop the front end up hign nuff to ride it out.. BE CAREFUL :scream:
