Yam YZF250 2002 vs 2003/4

Looks like the new Honda 250 4 stroke won't be available for the start of the MX season here ....so I either buy a 2003 Yam YZF or wait a hile and get the 2004 model.

I have only ridden on a 2002 model a couple of time . can anyone tell me the main diff between :

The 2002 versus the 2003

and , then 2003 versus the 2004 model (if known yet)
