yz426 cranking

Just bought a yz426 and discovered the cranking problem (if not done the proper way the first kick). Anyway, any suggestions on cranking after I've screwed up the first kick. I've read the manual, but I'm looking for experience here.

On the YZ400F I sometimes ride if I screw up the ritual I cycle 2-3 kicks with the comp. release, then start as usual. The only reason I find that I have to do that is rolling on the throttle while starting and flood the beast.
Other then that it is a one kick wonder. If she doesnt light on the first kick keep the same rythem and try it again.
