Ok Ya' all-
I just bought a new 200 MXC and have been checking the message boards for help on oil and most important jetting. I'm running Redline oil (dealers suggestion) and I've read the warnings everyones posting. What are you suggesting???
I haven't torn into yet to see what stock jetting is, but wanted some opinions before I start. She's blowing black goo pretty heavy out of pipe, but haven't fouled plug...yet
Again...what's your suggestions on jetting/needle setting???
Plan on staying with stock pipe, but heard that some are cutting a good three inches off of silencer.
I live in northwest part of Ohio, close to Michigan line. 70's to 90's good part of riding year.
Thanks,

KTMBell

BEFORE YOU GO CHANGING YOUR JETTING

HAVE YOU RUN 5 TANKS TRU YOUR BIKE
MY DEALER SAID DONT TOUCH ANYTHING BEFORE YOU DO THAT

AFTER THE INITIAL BREAK IN OF 3 TANKS DEALER
RECOMMENDED I RUN 16 OZ OF OIL TO 5 GALS OF GAS 94 OR 95 OCTANE
HE RUNS HONDA OIL IN THE BLUE BOTTLE (16 OZ)

IT CLEARED UP MY PLUG FOULING AND GOO PROBLEM AS SOON AS I DID THIS
JETTING WAS SPOT ON FOR MY AREA

I LIVE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE AND RUN ENDURO RACES , MOTOCROSS AND LOTS OF TRAILS

PLUGS LOOK EXCELLENT I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM NOW IN 10 WEEKS OR SO AND HAVE ABOUT 900 MILES ON MY 125 E/XC

DONT JUMP TOO QUICK ON THE JETTING
