kx 250 performance advice..

ok. so im looking to throw on a few hop ups.. looking at buying a aftermarket exhaust, the low end torque is fine.
im looking for more mid range and top end pull.. So...
Whats a good aftermarket exhaust?

also has anyone ran a 48 in the rear instead of the stock 49 tooth? if so how does it perform?

I can't give any info on engine hop ups.

But,
make sure the engine is running the best it can.
Top end in good shape
reed valves new (2 stage work good)
no air leaks
jetted properly, running clean
muffler repacked
pipe cleaned
others??

after that my first improvement is the suspension. rebuilt and revalved (resprung if necessary). If this has not been done, then spend the money and use a good shop with high praise.

just my view.
