1991 CR125 Clutch Plates

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how many friction plates and clutch plates there should be in my CR125, I have the CLYMER manual for a 1992 -1997 model which states 7 friction and 6 clutch, my bike has 8 friction and 7 clutch, as I did not fit these originally I want to check before removing one set.... I am investigating this because the clutch does not appear to release properly when pulled, confirmation of the number of plates might solve my problem.
