ive got a 1994 rm 250 im rebuilding and im a big guy at about 350 lbs does anyone know what fork oil will work best for my size. also im looking into rebuilding rear shocks and any help i could get would be great thanks

Nothing personal, but the spring rates that you are going to need are going to totally over ride the stock valving. Therefore, because you are beyond the high end of the suspension spectrum you are going to have to invest in a custom solution.

It won't be a crazy expensive deal, no more than a 175 pound kid on a 125cc bike, just valves and springs. In the end it will be worth it.

I am about 275lbs and had my front forks resprung and revalved for my weight. rear shock I put a stiffer spring on myself. It made a world of difference, plus noone wants to ride my bike because it's too rigid for them. :) Plus the stock seat on my YZ 250 is hard as hell.
