2001 Honda CR250r frame?

I blew my motor last fall, took out the crank, piston, cylinder and case. So I need a whole new motor. Question is, what year bike do I need to get a motor from for it to match up with the mounting holes on the 2001 (2nd gen. frame)? Any help appreciated! :)

95 to 01 should do. The best parts on the 00 and 01: ignition, water pump impeller, and cylinder. The rest is the same.
