2001 vs 2000 300 EXC

OK guys, I'm getting ready to make the switch from green to orange :) I'm looking at either an '01 or '00 model. Can anyone share the differences between them or are they pretty much identical? I.E. engine, suspension, etc... Any and all info is greatly appreciated.

Also, the '01 has a pro circuit pipe on it. What's your opinion about it? Is it better than stock? I've heard of people going with either the FMF Gnarly or Fatty, but I haven't heard of any using the pro circuit.

The only difference is in the suspension valving. The stock pipe is good. I run a procircuit on mine but that was what came with the bike. Take the one that is in the best condition if the price is about the same. If price and condition are the same take the '01.
