2002 rm125 clutch basket issues. please answer asap(race day tommorow)

ok i had my clutch basket redone by a machinest and after i got my bike back together i can ride with the clutch pulled in and when i hit the gas with out it it doesnt jump like it should. any one know what i did wrong

So your clutch is slipping? Some outer hubs only fully seat in one position, alignment with the inner hub. You did put all new drive plates and fibers, and checked the springs? You did properly torque the clutch nut? You do have the proper free play in the clutch perch/lever?

Not sure I understand exactly what your saying about riding with clutch in but don’t jump with clutch out. But something must wrong in the assembly. In addition to what Whenfoxforks-ruled said, are you sure you put the washer back in between the basket and the inner hub. Don’t know if that would cause the problem you described though. But it would cause a problem.
