2007 Rm 85 Engine Mods

Would like to hear from the dads out there what is the most bang for the buck on engine mods.He needs more top end without sacrificing any bottom . Do the v force reeds make that big of a difference,I have seen a power valve cover mod has anyone used one.Has anyoneone used reed spacer on this bike?

, the biggest bang for the buck would be a pipe. The FMF Fatty adds power everwhere.

Porting, it'll cost you the same as a full pipe system and do alot more.

reeds opened my yz up a little. but cylinder/head porting does alot.

Send your top end to Gorr,set it up for race gas,an all over pipe like the sst,v force and get the suspension dialed in! MX TECH,http://www.precisionautoresearch.com/page4.html

yup EG can help a bit. have not actually tried the powervalve mod but heard its really only increases throttle response. EG can port failry inexpensivley. what are you doing? are you racing with rules? the .080 over is great but not legal for most racing.
