2011 Hatfield McCoy Trail Permits go on sell to the public the last part of November. If you really want to get your money's worth, plan a late November or December trip and buy the new 2011 permit. This permit will be good until December 31, 2011. Over 13 months of riding for fifty dollars--now that is what we call a good deal.

That is out of state. Nonresident permits are $50.00 and that includes tax.

Im trying to plan a trip there over spring break with my 16 year old son. Is that a decent time or is it still too cold? March 30th-April 2nd

I'd like to stay at a cabin that we can ride up to so we dont have to trailer or load back up at a motel. Somewhere a little off the beaten path would be good too.

Any suggestions?
we both ride 250 4 strokes if that helps any.
