That's right! No I'm not talking about a bike. I'm talking about the biker! Yup, I started at 268lbs and I am down to 242.
I always thought it was an evil lie, "eat right and exercise and you will loose weight", turns out its true! I do about 50mins of cardio and about 30-40mins of weight lifting, 3 times a week. :)
A routine physical revealed an abnormal liver enzyme, (imagine that, ChopperDave with a liver issue! :whoa: ), further investigation revealed that I have diabetes. Totaly my fault, after years of drinking, smoking, and eating all I want, with very little exercise took its toll.
Good news is it is very manageable with diet and exercise! My blood sugar runs normal now, unless I eat something stupid, blood pressure is excellent, and I feel better than I have in prolly 20 years! Riding is much more fun too, since I have tons more energy and stamina.
I look much better now naked! :yeehaw:
