94 KDX200 spitting out coolant overflow??

My 94 KDX200 has a new water pump seal, and gear, the radiators have been gone through and are clean and wide open, and it has Devol Radiator gaurds on it. The engine seems to run hotter than it used to, but I hear no gurgling, or overheating from the radiators, it just spits coolant out the reservoir overflow tube. It never used to do it before. Anyone else out there had the same problem?

Thanks, Cal.

What problem? After everything is 'rebuilt' it 'don't work'?

Sure. All the time. Well, only if somebody other than myself works on my stuff...which doesn't happen anymore since too many instances of the prior.

Make sure the system is bled properly.

The cheapest and easiest fix for a spitting cap is a failed cap. Maybe it's not holding pressure as it should?

If the rads have been recently 'cleaned'..maybe there's a hunk-o-junk stuck someplace?

You can do a quick flow test to find out.
