it all started before teh first enduro. The bike just would not start, looked at all teh fuel parts and all OK. Looked at spark, thin, blue/yellow, wimpy. So I replaced the charge coil and hot spark, bike fired up. Ran a good hard fast enduro with no problems. During this last enduto the bike started sounded like it was fouling a plug, but would run 1/4 throttle fine, but open throttle, spit sputter. I was able to limp to the pits and checked everything, carb bowls, reed valves, floats ,and anything else I could think of. - Nothing.

Have bike home, looking at power valves, they look like they are working and are timed right, but will not start (could be that coil again?!?) Power valves are full of heavy oil. Thinking about checking crank seals.

My 1994 250 ran the same way.. Turns out it's the plug going bad in my case. Just change the plug, and see if that helps any. I have to carry 3 spares when I ride now.. let us know if this was the problem or not.

Jon!
