ahrma spark arrestor/db requirements

I'm thinking of riding some ahrma cross country events. How strict are they about spark arrestor and decibel requirements? I have a post vintage machine with an old Skyway silencer. It says 'US Forestry approved spark arrestor' on it. Is there some 'rod test' that they conduct?
