Anyone here have a Scoots Dampner with 1 1/8 bars?

Anyone here have a Scotts Dampner with 1 1/8 bars?

If so, did you have to buy the entire top triple clamp or just the bar mounts? Scotts is saying that I have to have the whole triple clamp because the shaft on the bar clamps is at a 15 degree angle.

I don't think I need it. I turned the bar clamps around and if it made that big of a difference you wouldn't be able to turn them around correct?

Yeah you have to have the triple clamp. It won't work because when using stock triple clamp the angle from Scotts link arm wouldn't line up correctly with frame bracket tower pin.
